I have a question, I been looking at alot of wiring diagrams lately. My 2001 Explorer Sport has 2 issues, but I wonder if they are connected somehow.
First the tachometer works intermittently sometimes works perfect, other times stays at 0 and never moves.
Second the radio it has the Premium Cd/Cassette model, some of the back lights for the buttons on the radio are out, this is not the rds model.
I was wondering if perhaps this could be a ground issue the tachometer at times works fine and other times not at all, and there been times the radio lights have worked, and then not at all, do these 2 share a common ground?
