what makes the 98-2001 glow guages different from the 2002 stock guages (other than the different colors and years)? I mean they don't make guages for my 2002 sport yet but these look identical to my stock guages! Would they fit if I bought them or do they mount differently? Here is an example of one of the guages they have for the 98-2001 but no 2002

check the location of all your dummy lights, if they match I dont see why it wont work..they just started selling them when 01 was the newest and havent added the 02 part to it yet would be my guess

Dummy Lights are the lights such as: Turn Signal Indicators, your Check Engine light, Check Guage light, 'Brake' light etc.

Those are all dummy lights. Alot of times a guage set will look exactly the same- but different models often have different arrangements of dummy lights- and thats what will make them incompatable.

no, those won't fit in my 02 4door dont know if sports are any different, the blinkers are up to the top, the fuel door arrow is wrong(for 4drs at least), and everything else looks right except for a couple of other thigns i think the air bag is on the bottom lfet on my 02... but i have a 4dr couldn't tell u if a 02 sport is any different dont know

dude i put 98 guages in my 96, the fuel door isnt right, the theft light isnt right, and i dont think they check engine light is right, but who cares, not like you want to see your check engine light come on anyways? more than not its a nuisance. the fuel door thing lights up when i have a door open, and the theft light...thats gay anyways. whats important is the turn signals, the check guage light and a few others work. honestly i was thinking the same thing that you were, but since the lights dont come on that much it doesnt bother me. BTW, i put 01 sport guages in mine, its sweet
