"h1 HID bulb kit" only $60?

What exactly is this kit? It plugs into the socket where my h1 bulb goes and its supposed to look HID? Or do you need the whole HID kit and these are just replacement bulbs?

You need the ballasts to power the bulbs.
Additionaly those are 6000K bublbs and 4300K are really the best IMO for light.
