Hard Shifting

:exporange I have a 98 explorer with the SOHC motor and the 5 speed auto trans and I Just flushed my transmission not to long ago, and lately it has been having jerky shifts from 2nd to 3rd, and into and out of overdrive. Is anyone having the same kinds of problems? I know that sometimes flushing a trans may reveal problems that were not apparent before, but I just want to know what those problems are, and how to fix them.
