Have a favor - need a couple of ride height dimensions

I'm working a custom project and could use a couple of dimension from a stock 02-05 Explorer or Mountaineer. I know there are many variables but I just need rough idea. I have a rolling chassis so its sitting at the top of it's travel and I'd like to get sitting within the ball park of ride height. A couple of simple measurements front and rear is all I need if someone wouldn't mind, Thanks
