Having big issues with my explorer

I have had it for a few months and it seems to work great, except for i have a noise of like maybe the fan hitting the cover or something. its at idel and then when i speed up like 0-20mph it speeds up the car like its fan related, but after 20mph the sound is gone, and i dont know for sure if this has to do with it but when the car is cold and i back up the car shakes violently i really need to know what it is if you have any idea thanks

any codes? check fan for cracks, spin it by hand to feel if it rubs.

The check engine light doesnt come on, is that what you mean by codes? and i havent thought about checking the fan for cracks, if that was the case would the noise stop and the higher speeds? thanks for the fast reply
