Having Trouble with Memory seat, 2002 Exp

I am working on a 2002 Explorer Limited. My seat works fine but i have no memory seat function at all. Put it in neutral or park and i don't have the little led light. I replaced the module underneath the seat to know avail. any suggestions would be appreciated.
