I am having trouble putting my raduis arm bushings back on my 1993 x-plorer. i am finishing up my 4" superlift with the extended radius arms. It has 2 different stock and 1 superlift bushing. I cant remember if the "mushroom" looking stock one goes to the front or rear of the radius arm bracket. and im assuming the smaller stock one goes the opposite of the "mushroom one". im pretty sure the superlift one goes to the rear. i would appreciate some help asap since i finnnaly have a day off to finish this lift. thanks.

For a stock setup the radius arm should have the large cup washer, Mushroom bushing (with stem passing through the RA bracket). on the other side of the bracket will be the other bushing, (heat shield on pass side), large washer and RA NUT.

Thanks for the info, but im still a little confused. My Superlift directions read: " Position the front washer and bushing half on both radius arm studs. Lube all bushing cantact surfaces with a lithium based grease. Evenly raise both floor jacks supporting the axle assembly and insert the radius arm studs in there respective frame brackets.Position the bushing seat (55-01-1180) on the radius arm bracket, followed by the bushing half and washers. The plastic cup-style washers are not re-used". I know the bushing seat is the part that came with the lift but im not shure wich stock bushing goes infront and wich behind, the order is confusing me. Thanks,

whoa those greese packets have lithium in em? uhuhuhuhuhuh

BTT. I just ordered new bushing from rockymountainsuspension, since mine are shot. I looked in my Haynes manual and they are no help. I need to know what the order is for putting the bushings and washers back on. I have forgotten how i took them off since this has been a 2 month project. I have been to busy at work to get much done on it.
Thanks,

Please correct me if I'm wrong but won't the rear bushing easily or over time get chewed up if there is no washer between it and the drop bracket? I assume the sleeve from the stock bushings would work, but they are just a tab bit too small. So what to do?
