I 'm doing a head gasket ,lower intake gasket install. The new head bolts had a paper in there that said to spray the metal gaskets with a sticky spray?
Any sugestions on this job, torque spec,or anything,,thanks alot.

I normally don't coat my head gaskets if they are the paper style, now copper gaskets I use Copper coat and you could use it on the paper style if you'd like. Just dab a bit of silicon in the corners where the intake/head/block meet and follow the torque instructions to a tee.

Ford has some chemicals that they recommend using on aluminum heads that use multi-layer gaskets, they are mainly for cleaning and preparation.
