JBA makes them. I have a 98 SOHC All you need to do is know which side the egr tube is on and order the headers for that. They didn't list them on thier website for my year but when I called them that is what they told me and I ordered they did just fine.
If your EGR tube is on the driver side your JBA Part # is 1674-? what ever coating you want will fill in the question mark..which is noted at the top of the webpage. Here is the website http://www.jbaheaders.com/04productlistheaderstruck.htm scroll down to the explorer section and look at the 99-03 ohc's for your application! Overlook the year the only difference is the egr location.. Call JBA as they will confirm what I have told you.
The only difference in the SOHC headers is the side the EGR tube is on. Don't look at the year JUST EGR location. The previous post with the link will clear everything up EXCEPT the year. It shouldn't be 99-03, it should state all.
