Headlight covers

I just bought a 2013 Explorer that was used as a toad. The headlight covers are deeply scratched in several places and deep enough that I can't buff the out or sand them out. I haven't been able to find OEM replacement covers that are cheaper than a Ford dealer wants and most of the ones on the internet look sketchy to me. Any ideas?

I am (I think) referring to the clear plastic headlight lense assembly not the headlight bulb part.

That is the headlight housing or assembly. The lense is part of it. It is not a separate item as far as I know or as the diagram shows. I believe bulbs are sold separately, but not sure.
