HeadLiner Replacement Advice Needed

I need to Replace my Headliner, I dont even know where to begin... I know a Company here in houston but i would like to do it my self but i dont know what will be needed... can some one give me some advice?

Im replacing mine but im not doing it myself. Its gonna cost 75 bucks so its worht not having to make the fabric conform to the shape of the headliner.

Im just taking it out and then to the shop. Then it goes back in.

I did mine a couple of years ago and it is a royal pain in the A$$.

All of the interior panels came out, but I took all the windows out too. This was to paint the truck.
