Heat only when moving, Cold air at idle

Not sure if this is a Blend Door problem or not. When driving we get lots of hot air, but when you stop, sitting at idle, the hot are turns cold, and then back to hot when you take off. Had this problem once before and it was vacuum hose under the glove box that popped off. Its there this time so its something else. Any ideas, please tell me its not the blend door. Thanks all

No it doesn't, did notice that the anti freeze was real low in the radiator. Topped that off and wife said its better now. So I guess I am set til next time.
