How difficult is it to get to the ventilation fan on a '92? I have one that works fine most of the time. Occasionally, though, when I hit a pretty heavy bump in the road it will start howling. Turning it off for a few minutes and then back on usually clears the problem. It is certainly not a major problem, but I am getting tired of fooling with it.
