Heater Fan not working

2001 Ford Explorer-Eddie
I have a 2001 Ford Explorer-Eddie Baurer. The heater fan does not work. I have changed fuses. Can it be the blower motor resistor, and if so where is it located?

i do believe right under the glove box, i might be wrong
