Ok, it is my brother-in-laws truck. It is a 96 ford exlorer limited edition (all electronic controlls 
) They have NO heat. They have changed contol panals and nothing. Checked ALL vacume line and nothing. Everything seems to be working just no heat? The pipes going into the cab get hot but just blowes out cold air. Could it possibly be a clogged heater core? If so can you flush them out some how?? Any advice woould greatly help!
