Heater seems to work fine as long as your accelerating, as soon as the vehicle comes to a stop I notice the air blowing from the vents cools down, then heats back up when acclerating again. I have noticed a gurguling sound when the vehicle is first started. Sounds like it's right behind the heater controls. Any ideas. Replaced thermostat and coolant sensor. Thanks.

My wife just called me with the same issue on our 2003 Mountaineer. I am going to check the coolant level, because I know on my firebird my coolant was low so the heat in the vehicle wouldn't blow warm air..

Will let you know.

Welcome to the forum! Does the fan work at all? When was the last time you checked your antifreeze level?

fan is working. Just started popping and clicking behind the heater controls today, so now I'm thinking blend door actuator.
