So just recently I started to hear a rather loud, noticable whine behind the instrument panel for the climate control. It only does it when it is selected in the OFF position.
Anyone know whats wrong. It whined sooo quietly right after I replaced the heater relay. The controls had stopped working so I bought a Duralast heater relay from autozone.
