Heating/Defrost issues

Hey guys and gals..new here! I have some issues with my '99 explorer concerning heat/defrost. I don't have any! I checked all the fuses and vaccum lines...all are good. I ruled out the thermostat due to the normal engine temp. Any other routes I need to be checking? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the welcome.....I'm not much of a mech, but I do manage to handle most of the easy repairs on the wife's truck. Hopefully this is a simple repair and I am just overlooking something simple.
