This is my first post.
OK I have a 2003 Explorer 4.0L with auto and four wheel drive.
When the heat or defrost is selected regardless of fan speed the heat does not flow, but the cold air does.
But when the highter temp is selected you can hear a "relay" clicking and it continues until you go to a cooler range (all the way cold).
All help is appreciated.
