My name is Geir, live in Iceland and came across this interesting forum when net-surfing for advise on a friends ´02 Explorer "bad tranny"(got P0745). I´ve only had the Ford experience through my Windstar and my E150 I´m currently converting to 4x4, but hopfully I will aquire an Explorer some day. Until then I just enjoy those great trucks through repairing them, there are many of them around over here, as a 4x4 comes in handy in winter time. Hopfully I will be able to "upload "some, as I benefit from this impressive collection of no-how advice and instructions.
