Hello all.
I just inherited a 97 XLT from my mother who decided to upgrade to a CRV.
Car has 144k miles and runs fairly well. It has a bit of a engine stutter at around 35mph, but it runs great at WOT and theres no CEL. I am currently running Sea Foam though the fuel and the crankcase, so its possible that its just crap running through the system.
I also need to fix the rear and drivers doors. The driver door does not unlock most of the time with the key or remote, and the rear doors dont open from the inside.

I will have plenty of questions Im sure, and hopefully find lots of answers!

Oh yea, first thing.
I think the linkage for the safety locks is broken. Thats all I know until I tear them appart.

O and by the way on you motor shutter what motor do you have V8 4.0 OHV or 4.0 SOHC

V6 SOHC.
It could be water in the gas now that I think about it. I bought really cheap gas bringing it home...
