Hey everybody!

A few months ago I just purchased my first Ford Explorer Sport(1992) and I'd visit the forum to check out troubleshoots with my Explorer and thought I'd join whenever I needed to ask for help with something specific.

I do need some assistance with a few things with my Explorer.

1: The Explorer I bought had the trunk covering missing. I do carry my tools in the back and I'd like the cover to deter people from snooping and seeing what's in my trunk. Thing is that everywhere I look online, search results always point me towards floor mats or liners. Does anybody know where I can find it?

2: my air conditioner works properly but when on over time, the air gets warm. Is that because of it running for a while or is that something that isn't supposed to happen?

Welcome to the forum! Your best bet for the rear cargo area retractable cover is going to be the salvage yard, and you are most likely in need of a little freon in your AC system. If your system is the older R-12 freon, you will have to take it to a shop and have the system evacuated, and then retrofitted to the R-134a freon, and refilled. If it has already been converted, then you can just have it " topped off". Good luck with it!
