I've been lurking here for a while so I thought it's about time to join in. My current vehicle is a '91 Navajo with 190,000 miles which I've had since new (purchased December 1990). Been thinking about replacing it for a while, but nothing has really caught my eye. But lately, keeping it running is starting to feel like car payments so I'm on a quest for a replacement.

Thought I would join up and see what's happening with the newer models.

Welcome To The Forum! If you're seriously looking at a replacement, I'd say go with a 2nd gen ex/mountaineer if your the off-roader type.

Actually, I am considering an 2003 Explorer Sport. I don't really off-road but do like having a "real" 4WD. I have noticed that the 2003 Sport is a second generation vehicle.
