Hi all - I'm new to the forum and came upon this site by searching how in install new speakers in my 03 XLT. After buying speakers online, the installer wanted to charge $80 to put them in. I, being a DIY-er and electronically inclined, decided to try it myself. I found a post from HIPERCO from a few years back and I've installed my speakers! Thank you HIPERCO. My 03 XLT is black and I keep it clean - some folks even tell me I'm ****. Oh well. Everyone thinks it is an 08 or 09. I have this philosophy that if my truck (or house or yard) is clean and in order, I have a good or better attitude about everything. I look forward to exploring the site more and appreciate the time that everyone has spent posting and offering info for those of us looking for help. Take care all!
