Hello! I'm John, from the metro Atlanta area. My wife and I are new owners of a 2015 Explorer. Nice to have a Dad who is a Ford retiree, which made it a bit more affordable.
We've been enjoying it a lot. We had a 2005 Dodge Caravan 4 cyl before that. I can't insult the Caravan, it was a trooper and we definitely got our money out of it.
Just got the Explorer back from a week(!!!!) in the body shop. The area where the front left bumper met the fender wasn't flush. When I took it it there were apparently a bunch of new Explorers with that problem. Must've been a run of bad clips at the factory.
A week was a little long, but they got us a rental. So I figured we'd just put the miles on someone else's vehicle.
