- '03 Explorer XLT
Hello everyone! Well my wife and I just purchased an '03 Explorer XLT over the weekend. Has the V8 with 125K on the odo. It seems as though the previous owner took pretty good care of it, mechanically. We spent 3 1/2 hours cleaning it up though. Looks pretty good if I must say so. Not perfect by any means but it is 6 years old. We're really hoping to get some years and mileage out of this thing and get us through this downswing in the economy. As such, when we started shopping I came across this site and I'm hoping that when I do run into something the wealth of knowledge on here will help get me through it. I'm also thinking that if I do decide to get a little crazy with something, you folks can help me through that too.
