Just purchased a 2019 Ford Police Interceptor Utility about 3 weeks ago.Vehilce was in service in Ottawa.Have 3 holes in my roof with this mount.Not sure what kind of mount this is.Have purchased 3 nmo mounts and rain caps as one option.Also purchased black caps to cover holes.(option 2).Nobody seems to know what kind of mounts these are.I'm assuming they are installed from the inside.Thanks,Brian.
