Hello. I found this place while doing some online research into picking up a new Explorer and I've been lurking around for a couple weeks now as I've been doing my research. Just wanted to join up now and see if someone could help me with a problem I have. I'm about ready to purchase my new Explorer pretty soon but I'm still looking for a good dealer to go to.

I'm new to North County San Diego and I don't know any of the dealers out here real well. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. From the research I've been doing online I've come across North County Ford a couple times and I was hoping someone could tell me if they're any good. Otherwise I have to start all over again. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the welcome and advice everyone. I know have never thought to check out the Better Business Bureau. It seems obvious now but good thinking on your part.
