:exp:Hello all, despertly seeking an answer on how to do this. I have a 94 exp, xlt , 4x4, in mint condition with a newly rebuilt auto trans. I have been reading a lot about all the threads, finaly decided just to post this. i have no fam, it's just me and this is my daily driver, but I live in Tn, just a short way from Telico and the Smokey Moutians, and am a real outdoorsy type. I bought this just for the reason that I could fold the back seats down and lay and sleep in the back, like a camper, so I can drive to any camp spot and stay.I plan on putting a twin matrice between the wheel wells. I have seen the post where they have built a sleeping platform for storage, but problem is I am 6'3" and want all the head space I can get. So here is my first question for you guys. If I lay down in the back and shut all the doors, I can not open the back hatch. Does anyone know how I can rig something up so I can open it from the inside? and any other advice to make it an expedition type rig.
