My question is that my rear wiper works but it doesn't clean the whole window it only cleans part of it and also it makes a bang when i turn it to off position

Get a new wiper blade.
Also, I believe that "Bang" you hear is the wiper seating itself in the "Off" position, which is actually off of the window.

Welcome to this forum! Home Depot is having a sale this week on wiper blades for $4.

It should be easy to check and fix if the mechanism is having some issues on rear wiper as you replace the blade.

The rear wiper not completely cleaning the rear window seems to be a common problem, I know our 99 Sport has the same problem, & the bang is like what was stated above when the wiper seats in the stop on the hatch just below the window.
