Hey all,
Picked up a 97 AWD Explorer today. I've never owned one...well I've never owned a Ford before.
It's kind of a powder blue, has the 5.0 motor, and for 180,000 miles, everything works. It needs new tires and that was the first thing I noticed, someone has replaced the factory 15" wheels with a set of 16" wheels, unless the 97's came with it...haven't been able to verify yet. All in all, I was very surprised to fine it in such decent shape for under $2000.
I'm looking forward to learning all about it and getting to know the community here!
