if you swap the 4dr leafs then yea do the aal if you want, if you swap the f150 leafs the ride will already be pretty harsh, and I think there's only so high the springs are gonna go. As far as the front goes the sport and 4drs have the same suspension setup front and rear besides the mono leaf/multi leaf difference. You can upgrade the torsion bars but I don't think that'll give you much lift unless your stock bars are very worn out. Unless you plan on dropping more then a grand on a superlift of rcd( I think that's the other one) then your not goin much higher then 2 inches suspension wise up front.
