Thank you. I'm not sure how this works. I have a 2004 Explorer 4X4 that the reverse is gone in. I understand that Sea Foam helps but I don't know how to check the level or add the Sea Foam to the transmission. Any advise?
Do you still have first gear? If not, then it could have a leaking or damaged low/reverse servo, band, sprag or the shift fork in the transfer case might be cracked.
