Help! 2011 Ford Explorer Needs New Transmission Before 100k Miles??

What started off as TSB- 11-05-06 symptoms now require new transmission per dealer? This vehicle has never towed anything and doesn't reside in a harsh environment. How is the elimination of a hole in the valve body not a design issue?? ....we designed this transmission valve body and expected fluid to flow through here until consumers started noticing a "harsh bump" ...now we need to close it off... gimme a break already

You will get nowhere with Ford, unfortunately. They take hardly any responsibility on vehicles far newer with less miles. I'd trade it in, or find a reputable independent transmission shop.
