HELP! 92 X, in reverse rattling sounds from engine

hey guys my 92 xlt with 115,000 miles on it tonight gave me a new twist, when i went to put it in reverse to leave my girlfriends driveway i noticed that i heard a very noticable rattling sound is the best way i can explain it...and it was coming from what i could tell from the inside the passenger side of the engine.

i have no idea what this could mean, i am going to look at it more tomorrow. but if you guys have ever heard of anything like this all help will be greatly appericated.

you were probably just at the right RPM at the right angle and something started to rattle. did it go away when the RPM's changed?

see thats what i thought at first, that it was just a freak accident,
but when i got home that night i put it in reverse and it did it again, several times.

but i tried it yesterday , and it didn't make that sound.

i'm stumped, maybe it was just that night.

Cat converter heat shield(s) coming loose????

nope, it was more towards the front of the truck.
but i do have some rattleing wiht my muffler routed out the back i might have the check the cat out make sure that cover is on good.
