Help! Body lift question

Hi there. I have searched around and cant find the answer to my problem. I am midway through my body lift and I ran into a snag. I am stuck on the front two body mounts at the moment. I got the nut off the top no problem but how do i get the bolt out now? It seems like a really silly question but i must be missing something. When i tried taking the bolt out the whole mount just seemed to turn. So i threw a c-camp on to hold it in place but now i can turn the bolt but it doesnt seem to be coming out. I havent cranked on it too much for fear of breaking it. Any thoughts or tips are welcomed

Edit: I finally have them out. My vice grips weren't strong enough to hold the mount in place. I broke out the monkey wrench and i am back in business!
