Ive managed to do all of the following:
1. Removed caliper, pads and clips
2. Removed rotor cradle/bracket
3. Removed cottle pin, lockring, outboard washer and bearing
4. Removed grease seal and inboard bearing
Theres one last piece on the old rotor and I have no idea what it is. Obviously the new rotor doesnt have it. It looks like a slotted disc that is pressed on to the rotor but I dont know how to get that sucker off. I think Autozone may have given me the wrong rotor. Heres a pic:
