When the car is moving forward and you make a turn the front end begins to shake/shutter. If you sit with the car in park and turn the wheel from side to side the issue is almost non existant. It seems to only happen when you make a large turn such as turning into a parkng lot, so when you make more then a 10 degree turn for example. If Iam driving straight there is no issue and the problem seems to be intermitent, sometimes it it will act up other times it wouln't. There is no issue with the motor the car idles and drives fine, it only shutters when you make a turn. I believe that it may be the power steering pump because it seems to happen when you put more strain on the pump. Any ideas or suggestions?

you say the front end shudders, then you say the engine runs smooth. So I assume you get a vibration in the steering wheel? If so, check the ball joints, belt tension, fluid level in the powersteering pump. It will not hurt to have the fluid SLIGHTLY above the full mark.

Yes it's in the front end, the right wheel to be specific. Ball joints were replaced about a year and a half ago so I don't believe that would be the issue. I think I may have found out what the issue is, it may be the wheel bearing on the right side. I jacked the right side up and it seems like there is more than a quarter inch of play when you rock the wheel.

yup. sounds like a wheel bearing, unless you were shaking it side to side, instead of the 2oclock and 7oclock position shake. the 2 and 7 checks the wheel bearing, and the 3 and 9 does tierod ends, and up and down checks balljoints.
