Hello everyone, I am French and I use a translator, so please excuse me if there are any mistakes or error

I’m having a problem with my 1991 Ford Explorer 4.0 automatic.

When I make left turns, it sputters, coughs, and stalls (shuts off).

It also does this when braking.

I have a few observations to share:

-It happens even when driving on LPG (so we can rule out fuel level or anything related to the fuel regulator or pump).

I have replaced the mass airflow sensor, the idle air control valve, and the throttle position sensor.

It dosent t happen when turning right or when braking in reverse!

It doesnt stall if I brake and stop.

I feel like the movement of the vehicle when braking or turning left is causing the engine to shut down. The shutdown isnt immediate; the engine dips in RPM, sputters, coughs, and then stalls.

Thanks for any future responses, and I hope the translation is good ! :)

welcome to explorer forum.
Have you had to replace any fuses?
With engine running while parked, foot off the brake, turn on your hazard indicator to see if the engine dies. Thought behind this is if there is a short in your left turn signaling. Please provide a picture of the front of vehicle, back of vehicle, engine bay, instrument cluster, and multifunction switch.
