Help getting codes for an ODBI 1990 Lincoln

I need to retrieve the codes from a 1990 Lincoln Town Car. I have an OBDII scanner, but I assume it won't read them. I know on my old GM cars that had ODBI, you could put a jumper in 2 of the OBDI connectors and read the codes from the blinking Check Engine Light. Is there a way to do this on the Fords as well? If so does anyone know the pinouts for the OBDI connector?

You should be able to do it the same way you would do it on a First Generation Explorer. I'll see if I can ind something that explains the procedure.

Sweet. Thanks a lot. My wife's uncle will be very happy. He's been dealing with an intermittent rough idle, and his CEL comes off and on. I couldn't find any info on Google, but I should have known to search here first
