1998 Ford Ranger XLT
I have a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0L. I am trying to find the horn location. Either its very well hidden, or it has been removed. I Just bought the truck 3 days ago, I know now to check the horn when I buy an auto. I bought a manual but it does not tell me where it is. Any help would be appreciated.

usually under driver side headlight somewhere. i still cant find mine though.

Not below or around the headlights. Any other suggestions?

Behind the grill...

Nope Not behind the grill either, Must just be missing. I'll just have to get a new one. But then I can't even find where it was originally installed. I'll have to see if there are any wires that are disconnected and hidden somewhere. I think I would actually enjoy overhauling the engine instead. Have to say that I have never had a horn problem before. LOL

Should be below the driver's side headlight. Sandwiched between the inner fender liner and the battery tray.

or just get a siren instead. i installed one coz they were cheap but also illegal so be carefull but it also has the blarp
