I have A 91 Ford Explorer this truck is my pride and joy take care of it all the time. But it seems i have run into an old problem last year in the summer my truck would Die after i had been driving for 10-20 min and the engine is at standard temp. When it reaches temp then engine begins to kick and RPM's start to a dive gradually of course. Sometimes if i apply gas soon enough i can keep it running, but ONLY if i continually apply the gas pedal if i don't apply the gas then while I'm slowing down or sitting stop and idle then the rpm's decrease the engine begins to kick and to compensate then sputters and dies some times giving gas wont help especially when its hot out. It only happens in the summer and since i live in Arizona it gets to about 108 degrees. Last summer I replaced the fuel pump, fuel pump relay, spark plugs, radiator, starter, IAC valve, ignition control module, fuel filter, mass air flow sensor, the battery, battery contacts and wires for good measure. But now the same exact problem is back again so any ideas?

With all those issues did the check engine light come on? If so then you should be able to read the code(s) to see where the issue may be. That has the older reader with the flashing lights or beeps to read.
A thought could be an O2 sensor,( just a shot in the dark,On my brain today, I had to change one a week ago and my son had to change hit tonight)
I had a 94 (donor vehicle which we later sold) that had some issue with stalling and was a cloged vac relay thing on the left side of engine I think, I'll look and see if i can find it for you to check)
Ok Neither my 97 or my son's 95 has one, however my 95 F350 does so I attached a photo. On the 94 we had I took it off, sprayed it with injector cleaner to clean it out. put it back on and the thing stopped stalling.

Just another thing to look at. Hope it helps, Good luck and keep us posted.
