I was installing speakers today (image dynamics ctx65s) and I used this adapter plate http://www.autotoys.com/x/product.php?productid=1773.
The speaker would not fit the adapter plate, as the hole was not wide enough. Do I need a spacer or a different adapter plate?
Oh and this is going into a 2004 ford explorer.
Kind of frustrating when you get everything apart and the speaker won't fit, so any help will be welcome. Thanks.
