I am installing a ground bus bar from Blue Sea and I am planning on running an 8 gauge wire from the bar to a grounding spot somewhere on my vehicle. Is there a good place inside my cab to run the cable too? Attached to the bar will be the grounding wires from the following equipment.

Speed Tech Lights dash light
Whelen Siren
6 position switch box.
My positive wires will be connected to a fuse block. I just need to find a good grounding spot inside my cab otherwise I will have to run the 8 gauge wire to a chassis point in my engine compartment.
My ground bar and fuse block are located inside my cab attached to my radio console.
