I need to know where the throttle positioning sensor is and where to get one

Also a torque converter clutch , how much is it and how to replace

I'm having an od light flash on interstate because torque releases and locks too much I believe.

The TPS is on the throttle body. It's the little black box with an electrical connector on the opposite side from where the throttle cable is attached. The torque converter clutch is in the torque converter, sandwiched in between the engine and the transmission. You're probably looking at a new converter.

I need to get code pulled. But I think it is either tps sensor or tcc solenoid

TCC solenoid is on the valve body of the tranny. Simple to replace, just drop the pan drain the fluid replace and refill.
