Is it a manual or auto? I've heard that some automatic Fords have an issue with the park interlock not functioning correctly and indicating that it's in park when it really isn't. I could see that leading to a bit of a lurch when you start it.
If it's a stick then there could be an issue with the clutch not fully disengaging, either from wear or possibily low fluid.
WOW, I forgot I made a post here! Sorry about that. Anyways it's an auto, and it seems to do it only when it's cold outside. I just don't really want it to do that when I'm in a parking spot and hit somebodies car!
