I have pushed a set of Hella 550. They are mounted on a front hoop grill on my '93. I have the wires from the Hellas to the relay done. But now I’m stuck. What I would like to happen is to be able to run the Hella's separately from the other lights, i.e. just use the Hella switch. Or if not that then run them to the normal switch and have the Hella switch too (if that makes sense). One of my problems is I have no where to put the switch. Has anyone else had any experience with running a switch with a '93? My other problem is splicing the wires into the parking wires. I was looking at this (http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=28683) post and it says to splice the hot wire of the Hellas into the hotwire of the parking lights, but which wire is this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, or any experience with doing this. Right now I'm at a stand still.
