help please 2000 mountaineer

My mountaineer if idling and I give it gas rpms go up like normal but it kinda sounds boggy at around 2000 rpms then I let off the gas and the idle goes down almost dies goes back up then back down a dies. If I have it in gear and give it gas it immediately bogs out and dies...I've changed the fuel pump filter and strainer....pcv valve..maf sensor .. IAC . Egr vacuum control solenoid..tps...please help I can't drive it in this condition

Check engine light or trouble codes? They will be stored in memory even without a CEL. Write down the numbers and post them.

A transmission solenoid code...but I don't think it would cause my problems because it shifts fine...and code p1409 comes up
