Well i turned it off parked and came back.. i rolled down the windows and reved it up.. sounded like a have a hole in the exhaust underneath me or the passanger side, i very low rumble.. But would this cause the ex to surge like this i noticed it more when coming from a complete stop... any help appreicated....

An exhaust leak upstream of the O2 sensor can let excess O2 from the air in, which causes false O2 sensor readings and causes the computer to screw up the air/fuel mixture.

When you say upstream of the sensor do you mean manifold area?

If I remember right, '95 has 2 O2 sensors: 1 in the passenger exhaust piping somewhere before the junction in the Y-pipe, and another just past the junction in the Y-pipe. Any leak upstream of one or both of these sensors is what I'm talking about. Could be exhaust manifold or the y-pipe itself.
